These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the applications, websites, and services operated by Digital Breeze Solutions LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including the Lorne application and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
 

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

The Service provides an AI-powered assistant designed to help users complete everyday digital tasks, obtain information, and communicate with trusted contacts.
 

The Service may include:

  • AI-generated responses

  • conversation storage

  • file or photo uploads

  • integration with trusted contacts

  • subscription-based access to premium features
     

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service.
 

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
 

  • you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms

  • all information you provide is accurate

  • you will comply with all applicable laws

4. Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.
 

You agree to:
 

  • maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

  • notify us immediately of unauthorized use

  • accept responsibility for all activity under your account
     

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Some features of the Service may require a paid subscription.
 

By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:
 

  • fees will be billed according to the plan you select

  • subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled

  • refunds may not be provided except where required by law
     

Subscription purchases made through third-party platforms such as the Apple App Store are subject to those platforms’ billing terms.

6. AI Disclaimer

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate responses.
 

You acknowledge and agree that:
 

  • AI responses may be inaccurate or incomplete

  • the Service should not be relied upon as professional advice

  • the Service does not provide medical, legal, financial, or emergency guidance
     

Users should exercise independent judgment when relying on any information generated by the Service.

7. User Content

You may upload content to the Service including text, files, images, or messages (“User Content”).
 

You retain ownership of your User Content, but by submitting content you grant Digital Breeze Solutions a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, process, and display that content for the purpose of operating the Service.
 

You agree not to upload content that:
 

  • violates any laws

  • infringes intellectual property rights

  • contains malicious code

  • is abusive, harmful, or deceptive
     

We reserve the right to remove User Content that violates these Terms.

8. Data Storage and Conversations

The Service may store conversations, uploaded files, and interactions in order to:
 

  • improve the functionality of the Service

  • provide access to conversation history

  • maintain service reliability
     

Use of your data is further described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Trusted Contacts Feature

Certain features of the Service may allow users to designate trusted contacts.
 

You are responsible for obtaining consent before sharing any information with trusted contacts through the Service.
 

Digital Breeze Solutions is not responsible for how trusted contacts use or interpret information shared with them.

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:
 

  • violate any laws or regulations

  • attempt to reverse engineer the Service

  • interfere with system security

  • impersonate others

  • distribute spam, malware, or harmful content

11. Intellectual Property

All content and technology associated with the Service, including software, branding, and design, are the property of Digital Breeze Solutions or its licensors.
 

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms.
 

You may terminate your account at any time by discontinuing use of the Service.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Breeze Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Service.
 

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Digital Breeze Solutions and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
 

If changes are made, the updated Terms will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date.
 

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
